We want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
✅ 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for the following reasons:

Size or fitting issues

Unsatisfactory quality or design

Damaged, incorrect, or missing product (including empty box)
Note: For damaged or missing items, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery. Please share an unboxing video along with your complaint to ensure a quick resolution.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Products damaged due to usage are not eligible for return
💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable

COD orders are eligible for store credit only

📬 How to Request a Return
To Submit a return request follow the below instructions
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
